One day you wake up and realize that you do not need to follow the status quo. That there is a better way of living and that your body could be healthier. The box was a mess and I was a tad sad. I gave The Honest Co. a call and spoke to Diana. A very sweet and helpful customer service rep. We talked about the cold, my frozen items, and that they were going to replace all items that were cracked. Plus she gave me an addition 15% off my next bundle. As of Friday my replacement items are on a FedEx truck headed to MN, fingers crossed nothing freezes this time around.
